Product description

Cement plant wear-resistant termocouple is according to temperature feature in cement winding kiln production line and decomposing furnace, general thermocouple material can not meet up with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant requirement, which makes thermocouple service life shorten and the cost increase, transmission signal is under alarming state in a long time, thus, thermocouple maintenance cost strengthens as well.

1.Brief introduction

As a temperature transmitter for special use of the cement, it usually combines with DCS, PLC, indicating instrument, recording instrument and electronics modulator. It can directly measure level 3 cylinder, level 4 cylinder, level 5 cylinder, tertiary air duct,  decomposing furnace, feed-end chamber, hot kiln hood and gas temperature ranging 600~1320℃.

3.Thermocouple nominal pressure

It refers to the static outside pressure the protection tube can stand without being broken under room temperature and air pressure is mare than 67MPa. Actually, the allowing working pressure is not only related to protection tube material, diameter and wall thickness, but also related to structure, installation form, placement depth and flow rate and type of tested objects.

4.Insulation resistance of thermocouple(normal temperature)

Normal temperature insulation resistance’s test voltage is DC500V, 150V, and temperature is 15~35℃, relative humidity is 45%.

For thermocouple whose length is over 1m, the product of insulation resistance value and length is not less than 100MΩ.m.Namely Rr≥100 MΩm, L1>1m. In the formula, Rr is the normal temp insulation resistance value of thermocouple, and L is length of it.

For thermocouple whose length is not longer than 1m, the insulation resistance value shall be less than 100MΩ.

Product performance introduction

1.Strength:

NM alloy steel thermocouple protection tube is a new type alloy silicon material.  The pore in material is completely filled by metal silicon, and porosity is close to zero. It is high strength, corrosion resistant, wear resistant, oxidation resistant, and has long service life. The new material’s strength is 5~10 times higher than 3039H、0Cr25Ni20 material’s.

2.Excellent oxidation resistance:

Because its porosity is close to zero, the oxidation resistance of NM alloy steel improves a lot, and the high temperature service life can extend 3~10 times. When is heated to high temperature, this kind of metal silicon carbide will form a very thin oxide coating on surface. Even if it’s damaged, the coating will heal automatically, and result in less oxidation deterioration.

3.High radiation heating efficiency: Far infrared emissivity of NM metal silicon carbide is close to perfect blackbody. When it is used in thermal radiation components, will improve thermal efficiency of the components a lot.

4.Excellent resistance property: Usually, we can not make sure something wear-resistant is an insulator. But NM metal silicon carbide has good conduction property. It also has function of ESD, and is applicable to kinds of occasions.

5.High wear-resistance property: Hardness of NM alloy steel Hv>27Gpa, so it has extremely low wear rate and friction ractor in kinds of medium, and it is self-lubricating. This material has excellent wear-resistance performance in high temperature, and is especially suitable for special wear-resistance temperature measurement occasions in cement production line.

6.Excellent corrosion resistant property: NM metal silicon carbide has good corrosion resistant property. It is anti-corrosion in acid medium in all temperature conditions, and alkaline medium in normal temperature.
