WRCK series armoured type thermocouple
WRCK series armoured type thermocouple has advantages of being able to bend, high temp resistance, quick thermal response time and being sturdy and durable etc. Like industrial assembly-type thermocouple, as sensor of temp measurement, it is usually used with display, recorder and electronic regulator. Moreover, it can also be the temp sensor element of assembly-type thermocouple. It can measure temp of liquid, stream, gas and surface of solid range 0℃～400℃ in all production processes. It is as per GB/T18404-2001 standard.
Thermocouple working principle: two conductors with different components are welded at both ends to form a loop, measuring temperature directly side is called measurement side, terminal side is called reference side. When the temperature between measurement side and reference side has a difference, it will generate heat in the loop current, then connected to the display instrument, And the instrument indicates the corresponding temperature value of the thermal electromotive force generated by the thermocouple. Thermocouple thermoelectric EMF will grow with the measurement temperature’s growth, The size of the thermal electromotive force is related to the temperature of both ends. It has nothing to do with the length, diameter of the thermode. Armoured thermocouple structure is made of conductor, insulation magnesia and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel protection tube after many times drawing. Junction box, protective tube, insulated casing, terminals and armoured thermocouple form a basic structure of assembly-type thermocouple, with a variety of installation of fixtures.
