With the constant development of our country’s electric power industry, thermocouple and thermal resistance of normal structure can not adapt special requirement of high temp, high pressure and high speed stream flow in power station working condition. So, WR series power station temp measurement thermocouple is specially designed for power station. It can afford the temp measurement demand of 300000, 600000KW etc generator set and auxiliary engine. It can directly measure temp of liquid, stream, gas and solid surface ranging -200°C~800°C in all kinds of production process .

Heat sleeve type thermocouple is mainly used in temp measurement of stream pipeline and boiler.

 

Thermocouple separates heat sleeve protection tube and galvanic couple. When using it, users can weld mechanically fasten heat sleeve on device, and then fit with galvanic couple, and it will work. Advantages are that it improves the working pressure and service life of protection tube, and it is convenient for repairing and replacing galvanic couple.

Power station heat sleeve thermocouple usually has five different structures and installation forms.
