Introduction:
diaphragm pressure gauge measures pressure or negative pressure gauge of various fluid medium which is corrosive, not crystallized or not solidified. Shock-resistant diaphragm pressure gauge not only has performance of general diaphragm, but also medium pulse-resistant, impulse load-resistant and environment sock-resistant. Corrosion-resistant diaphragm pressure gauge is used to measure pressure of liquid and gas which are corrosive, with large viscosity and no crystal. Corrosion and shock resistant diaphragm pressure gauge has features of both corrosion-resistant and shock-resistant gauges
Structure principle:
Gauge is made up of measurement system (including flange joint, bellow diaphragm), driving indication mechanism (including connection rod, gear driving mechanism, needle and scale) and housing (including case and cover).Housing is splash-proof structure, with excellent sealing performance to protect inner components from dirt.
Gauge works based on elastic component (diaphragm on measuring system) deformation. Medium pressure makes diaphragm become deformed---displacement, driven by driving mechanism with help of connection rod and then amplified, finally, needle on the gear will indicate the measuring value.
